Inez Ross(505) 662-4926 email: inezross@hubwest.com Perilous Pursuit has been reviewed in Wagon Tracks, the newsletter of the Santa Fe Trail Association, and Inez recently presented a program for the End of the Trail chapter of the SFTA at the DeFarge library in Santa Fe. Her program consists of a 20-minute video showing the scenes, people, and animals encountered on the eight-year trek that five women took, covering the Santa Fe Trail on the Cimarron Route. As "Trail Boss" of the hikers, she offers stories and music along with the video. On February 2nd she presents the show and signs copies of Perilous Pusuit in Corona, New Mexico. Inez Ross began telling stories as a child to her friends on the school bus in Michigan and now writes travel articles for the local newspaper in Los Alamos, New Mexico, where she taught high school English for several years. She lived in Medicine Bow, Wyoming, for five years, then moved to New Mexico, where she is now hiking, studying, and writing about the Santa Fe Trail. |
