Robin P. Williams
Welcome! Although the authorship of the Shakespearean canon may seem like a far cry from computer books (I'm publishing my 55th computer book this fall), I try to approach the topic with the same technique that I use to to unravel and explain difficult technology.
I have studied Shakespeare at St. John's College in Santa Fe and Oxford University in England. I teach Shakespeare for adults at the local college, I guide two play readings a month at The Mermaid Tavern and run ten-week guided discussions of selected plays for advanced readers, called The Understanders. For three years I have been a featured speaker at the Authorship Conference at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London, and will be consulting on the upcoming authorship exhibit at the Globe. I am an Associate Member, by invitation of Mark Rylance, of the Shakespearean Authorship Trust in London, founded in 1922.
